Our Story

The establishment of Global Purity and Investment Gold Refinery marks a significant milestone in the evolution of the West African precious metals sector. Liberia, often referred to as a "mineral-rich" nation, stands at a crossroads where the shift from extraction to value-addition is no longer an option, but a necessity for sustainable development. Company Genesis: The gold refinery is an annex of Global Purity & Investment International (GPII), which was established in 2013. For over twelve years, GPII has operated with excellence in the areas of international trade, investment consultancy, and mineral logistics. The decision to establish a dedicated gold refinery stems from a decade of observing the gap between Liberia's raw production and its realized economic value. Our organization is built on the pillars of transparency, integrity, and technical precision. By transitioning from a consultancy and trade-focused entity to an industrial refinery, we are directly answering the Liberian government's call for "Value Addition" as outlined in the rescue mission agenda.
